I am sure there are HUNDREDS of ignored real talents on the Grammy ballots in all categories, if not thousands. They are far more deserving yet get no attention. Why is it that this Bieber guy is getting so much attention and fans????
As for the profanity, I agree rappers (and other profane acts) need to be told not to use strong language on the show, by changing their lyrics or cutting those parts, while ensuring they can sing the entire song. While there wasn't a reasonable FCC case for punishment (it was after 11 pm for most viewers, and after 10 pm in all time zones where it aired), the GRAMMYs should not be an R-rated event, and CBS shouldn't have to work so hard and fast to bleep them out.
For those complaining about the winners, your complaints should go out to members of The Recording Academy, not to the show itself. They are the ones that voted for the nominees and for the winners. If you want to change it, take up music, get recording and join The Academy.
I do agree that Rick Sanchez was an embarrasment and should apologize to the panel, the audience and everyone else. However, I think the rest of the panel - and the questions - were all amazing! That was such an honor to be part of!
