Leary grew up in San Diego where her life-long love affair with beauty, makeup, hair, and color began. Before becoming an independent makeup artist, Leary worked for Paris-based cosmetic company Make Up For Ever, a cult-favorite of makeup artists, and managed two high-profile Los Angeles salons. She is a graduate of the prestigious Los Angeles makeup academy Award Studio.
