I agree, I thought both Celine's and Beyonce's dress looked very heavy. As if they were wearing armor dresses or something, what's up with that???

I was first afraid she was going to spill right out of the front of this dress (thank God for fashion tape!) and the dress itself looks very complex and yes I agree it's heavy. I think she is very stunning but this look is not my top that I have seen from her. But it is fashion forward with a classic nod to the beaded work of the 50's cocktail/dinner dresses. So I do give her that.
