The Recording Academy Nashville Chapter hosted its 13th Annual GRAMMY Block Party & Membership Celebration for a crowd of 900 people on May 10 at Owen Bradley Park on Music Row.

Hosted by Storme Warren, host of Great American Country's entertainment news show "Headline Country," the celebration featured performances by country singer/songwriter and Broadway performer Laura Bell Bundy, indie folk duo the Civil Wars, jazz guitarist Denny Jiosa, country artist Jerrod Niemann, folk rock group Old Crow Medicine Show, contemporary Christian pop/rock group Royal Tailor, and hip-hop artist Chancellor Warhol.

During an onstage presentation, The Academy's MusiCares Foundation was presented with a $26,000 donation from musician Bruce Bouton and luthier Joe Glaser of NASH2O, an organization that raises money by auctioning stars' damaged instruments, equipment and other items and services to benefit musicians in the greater Nashville music community. Additionally, MusiCares announced that more than $1 million has been donated to the MusiCares Nashville Flood Relief Fund since the historic flood in Nashville in May 2010.
