Latin Producers, Engineers To Take Center Stage

The Recording Academy's Producers & Engineers Wing and The Latin Recording Academy will celebrate the 14th Annual Latin GRAMMY nominees in the fields of producing and engineering with En La Mezcla on Nov. 19 at the Studio at the Palms in Las Vegas. The invitation-only event will kick off Latin GRAMMY Week and will be hosted by Latin GRAMMY-winning producers Carlos Alvarez, Rafael Arcaute and Moogie Canazio.

The inaugural event co-hosted by The Latin Recording Academy and the P&E Wing, En La Mezcla will celebrate the diverse group of Spanish-, English-and Portuguese-speaking individuals working behind the glass to create some of the most memorable recordings in the history of music as well as acknowledge 14th Latin GRAMMY Award nominees in the fields of producing and engineering.

Latin GRAMMY Week culminates with the 14th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards, which will be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and will be broadcast live on the Univision Network on Nov. 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central).
