The divorce of singer/actress Zooey Deschanel and Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard has been finalized, according to a report. The court documents reportedly state the marriage cannot be repaired by counseling or mediation, and that Gibbard no longer possesses Deschanel's heart. (OK, maybe it doesn't state that.) In related news, heartbreak could be looming for Britney Spears, whose relationship with Jason Trawick is rumored to be on the rocks. Definitive news on the rumors has yet to surface. Until then, keep on dancing until the world ends.
