Osbournes, Skrillex Fire It Up
The new year is off to a red-hot start for GRAMMY winner Skrillex and the famed Osbourne family. While celebrating his birthday in Los Angeles on Jan. 15, Skrillex's long black locks battled it out with his birthday cake candles when part of his tips caught on fire while he was making a wish. Fortunately, everyone emerged OK and the birthday boy even got a laugh out of the situation. Separately on Jan. 17, Sharon Osbourne and family were awakened by the smell of flaming wax from a candle that was left burning overnight. Fortunately, the Beverly Hills Fire Department arrived in time to prevent any damage. "Please everybody always check all the candles lit in the house before going to bed," Osbourne said later in an interview with TMZ. "I didn't, and at 5 a.m. this morning I was met with five gorgeous men from the [Beverly Hills] Fire Department." The lesson learned? Always practice fire safety, unless you want to meet five gorgeous men.
