Underwood performed the song on the GRAMMY telecast. "I Told You So," Underwood's collaboration with Randy Travis won Best Country Collaboration With Vocals in 2009. Beginning in 2006, Underwood won Best Female Country Vocal Performance for three consecutive years for "Jesus, Take The Wheel," "Before He Cheats" and "Last Name," respectively.
