Latin GRAMMY winners Alex Cuba, Natalia Lafourcade, Gian Marco, and Carlos Santana, and Latin GRAMMY-nominated artist Santiago Cruz are the latest performers announced for the sold-out 2013 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year tribute celebrating Miguel Bosé on Nov. 20 in Las Vegas. They join previously announced performers Pablo Alborán, Juan Campodónico, Jesse & Joy, Juanes, Illya Kuryaki, Ricky Martin, Laura Pausini, Draco Rosa, Alejandro Sanz, Ximena Sariñana, Julieta Venegas, and Carlos Vives.
The 2013 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala, presented by Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry, will celebrate Bosé's philanthropic, cultural and musical contributions. The star-studded tribute dinner and concert is one of the most prestigious events during Latin GRAMMY Week and is attended by Latin GRAMMY nominees, celebrities and music industry VIPs.
Jose Tillan will serve as executive producer and Greg Fera will serve as producer. Cheche Alara is the musical director and Gustavo Borner is the mix engineer. Alara, Moon Music and Tillan will produce the evening's music performances.
The Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year celebration will precede the 14th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards, which will be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and will be broadcast live on the Univision Network on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central).
