Strasser Named Interim Copyright Royalty Judge
Richard C. Strasser has been appointed interim Copyright Royalty Board judge, replacing Stanley C. Wisniewski, who retired Aug. 31. Strasser will serve a six-month term, or until Librarian of Congress James H. Billington fills the position. Strasser previously served as a senior staff attorney for the Copyright Royalty Board since its inception in 2007. (9/18)
