Have you ever wondered how you can keep your hairstyle looking great on the second day? Here are a few great tips to remember that will help your hair stay glam tomorrow.

The most important part of glamming up your second-day style is to prep before you go to bed. If you have long hair, there are a few tricks you can use to maintain your just-done style. For a tight, curly look, fasten your locks in pin curls. For a looser curl, sweeping your hair into a bun will protect your curls while you sleep. Also, you can wrap your hair in a silk scarf, which also helps protect the hair overnight.

To refresh your long bouncy curls in the morning, use a curling wand to structure and revamp your hair, especially around the face. Finish with a touch of hairspray to hold the curls in place.

One of the hottest morning-after hairstyles today is the simple and gorgeous top bun. This look is easy to do yourself and even looks better when it isn't perfectly done. Leaving your hair a little loose and messy will make for a fun and sexy style. To achieve this look, pull your hair up, brushing the front sides and back into a high ponytail on the top of your head. After you secure the ponytail, wrap the ends of your hair around the base of the ponytail, and then securely pin them into a bun. For fun, you can add clip-on extensions to add volume and weight. If you don't have time, you can always use bobby pins or clips to pull back unwanted pieces. Then, spray down the fly-away strands and you're ready to go.

Another great second-, or even third-, day tip is to use dry shampoo. There are many great brands on the market. Just adding a little around the roots will add volume and lift to a day-old hairdo and bring it a new life.

All of these tips will keep your style fun and flirty, even days after leaving the salon.
