GRAMMY winner Stevie Wonder will receive the 2012 Billboard Icon Award, which honors the lasting cultural impact of an artist as a creator, writer and entertainer, during the annual Billboard Music Awards on May 20 in Las Vegas. The 2011 recipient of the Billboard Icon Award was GRAMMY winner Neil Diamond. (5/9)
