's "TiK ToK" topped Billboard's list of top songs in 2010, followed by B.o.B's "Airplanes" featuring Hayley Williams, Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," Taio Cruz's "Dynamite," and Katy Perry's "California Gurls" featuring Snoop Dogg. Gaga was also named Billboard's top act of the year, followed by Taylor Swift, Eminem, Lady Antebellum, and Ke$ha, while Susan Boyle's I Dreamed A Dream was the top album, followed by Eminem's Recovery, Lady Antebellum's Need You Now, Gaga's The Fame, and Justin Bieber's My World 2.0. On the iTunes list, Eminem had the top album of the year, followed by Ke$ha's Animal, Gaga, Lady Antebellum, and Taylor Swift's Speak Now. Train's "Hey, Soul Sister" was the top-selling song on iTunes in 2010, followed by "California Gurls," Eminem's "Love The Way You Lie" featuring Rihanna, "Airplanes," and "Dynamite." (12/9)

ASCAP Foundation Honors Tony Bennett
Fourteen-time GRAMMY winner and Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Tony Bennett and wife Susan Benedetto were honored with the ASCAP Foundation Champion Award, recognizing their longstanding leadership in the effort to make arts education a priority in U.S. public schools. Bennett and Benedetto were honored at the 15th Annual ASCAP Foundation Awards ceremony on Dec. 8 in New York. Past Champion Award recipients include Judy Collins, Arlo Guthrie, Billy Joel, and John Mellencamp. (12/9)
